Refund policy
Returns
Upon delivery if anything is found to be damaged in transit, or defective in any way, or the incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will refund or replace damaged, defective, or incorrect products as quickly as possible. We will cover any reasonable costs associated with returning the product. With agreement we may not ask for the return of the goods depending on the problem.
We must be informed of any other returns within 7 days and returned goods must be received within 20 days. Food items with short shelf life and hampers cannot be returned. The customer shall be responsible for any shipping costs.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, it will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued on the same card that was used to pay for the order. If the order has been dispatched, you must return the order at your expense (see Returns). Once the goods have been received a refund will be issued minus the any shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
