- A smooth, spicy poitín made from 100% malted barley and Connemara bogbean, a stand-alone leader in the Irish Poitín category.
- Produced in the Micil Distillery in Galway by a family of 6th generation Connemara poitín makers, proud of their 170 years of heritage and craft experience.
Flavour: A great sipping poitín with its trademark honey spice flavour and wonderfully smooth velvety texture.
Serving suggestion: A ‘Micil Mule’ made with Micil Irish Poitín, premium ginger beer, lime and lots of ice delivers a wonderful depth of sweetness, flavour and spiciness that no other mule can match.
