Badajo Verdejo

• The Badajo Verdejo is clean and bright, with pale straw yellow color and lively lemon reflections.
• The smell, thanks to its long cold processing, offers a large number of intense but fresh aromas, highlighting the memory of citrus juice such as grapefruit and lemon combined with softer aromas of herbal teas such as lemon balm.
• The Badajo Verdejo is fresh, dry and with a good acidity that, combined with a citrus aftertaste, wraps the whole mouth with a soft creaminess that allows you to prolong your memory.
  
• The grapes are picked during the cool nights to benefit from low temperatures which retains the aromatics and freshness of the grapes
